Sol (Nechemia) Bluzenstein
Founder & CEO
Sol brings more than a decade of experience in real estate, with over $100 million in transactions. His background spans sourcing, structuring, and executing investments, along with leadership and project management experience across, multi-million-dollar initiatives, including work with Bonei Olam, and the co-founding of Urbo Care, a North Jersey–based property management firm.

As Co-Founder and CEO, Sol leads Equify’s investment strategy and product design, combining disciplined underwriting with hands-on operational execution to build a durable, scalable investment platform.
Joe Gutman
Founder & COO
Joe brings over 20 years of experience across multifamily operations, asset management, and the mortgage industry, with hands-on exposure to institutional finance and capital markets. He has navigated multiple market cycles, and  known for repositioning assets, streamlining operations, and translating underwriting assumptions into real-world performance. His background also includes direct experiance with debt structuring and financing strategy.

At Equify, Joe oversees acquisitions, asset management, and investor reporting, ensuring disciplined execution and consistency across the portfolio.
Kent Piotrkowski
Kent Piotrkowski is an operator, investor, and fund manager with deep experience in structured finance, real estate, and asset-backed investing. He co-founded LoneStar Capital in 2018 and helped scale the platform to over $750M in multifamily acquisitions across 5,000+ units, raising more than $250M in equity through disciplined underwriting and execution. Kent is also the founder of Meteore Capital, Eclipse Solar Ventures, and co-founder of BWell Clinic. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade as a tax attorney at MetLife and PwC, advising on complex corporate transactions, M&A, and structured finance, and holds a J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from NYU Law.

Shana Ashkenazi
Shana leads Investor Relations at Equify and plays an active role across the firm’s acquisition and investment process. She works closely with the investment and leadership teams during early deal review, diligence coordination, and positioning, helping ensure each opportunity is clearly framed and aligned before launch.In addition to managing ongoing investor communication, Shana supports consistency across reporting, expectations, and execution throughout the life of an investment. Her role sits at the intersection of acquisitions and investor trust, providing continuity from initial review through long-term ownership.
